Without early access to proper care and tools that support independence, many of these children face lifelong limitations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inspired to make a difference, we created a simple, low-cost mobility aid \u2014designed especially for young children who are blind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Made from easily accessible materials like PVC pipes, this device was born from a belief that no child should be left behind simply because the right tools are out of reach. It\u2019s more than just a walking aid \u2014it\u2019s a first step toward independence, confidence, and the possibility of a brighter future.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some of the support and donations from ecoCrafted have gone into helping me launch a separate project that\u2019s deeply personal to me: developing a simple, affordable device designed for children with visual impairments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While ecoCrafted continues to focus on turning waste into sustainable, functional home decor, this project is about using the support we\u2019ve received to give back in another way; creating something practical and accessible for those who need it most.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u2019ve already built and tested the first version of this device, and I\u2019ll be visiting the Bangkok School for the Deaf soon to learn more about how we can better support children with disabilities in local communities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thank you so much to everyone who has supported ecoCrafted so far.
